Inventory Analyst

📋 Description

• Onsite role in Palo Alto, supports inventory operations for drone delivery hardware.
• Own inventory initiatives, manage project planning, and drive team success across sites.
• Coordinate material movements, kitting, and interdepartmental workflows.
• Investigate discrepancies and propose process improvements for warehouse ops.
• Monitor stock flows and supply timelines to prevent shortages.
• Analyze cycle count data and usage trends to improve layouts.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in inventory control, planning, or warehousing.
• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, Ops Mgmt, or equivalent.
• Strong analytics, KPI tracking, and data accuracy focus.
• Experience with ERP/WMS (SAP, Oracle) and intermediate Excel/Sheets.
• Able to travel domestically 10–20% for regional ops.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

• Salary range: $138,000 – $147,000 USD + bonus + equity + benefits.
