📋 Description

• Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to provide personal care and companionship to
• Assist with daily living activities and support clients to stay safe and independent at home.
• Travel to BAYADA clients to deliver one-on-one home health care as assigned.
• Support activities of daily living, meal prep, and mobility as part of patient care.

• Previous home health care or patient care welcomed; training provided if needed.
• Passion for caregiving, empathy, patience, and reliability.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes and work with a team to deliver quality care.
