🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years in an in-house IR role at a publicly traded company.
• Direct ownership of a public-company earnings cycle (releases, scripts, Q&A, investor
• Strong understanding of public markets, investor expectations, and corporate positioning.
• Ability to analyze financial/shareholder data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
• Excellent written skills for polished investor-facing materials.
• Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail with financial materials.
