- Develop earnings releases, remarks, and Q&A briefings from quarterly results.
- Produce guidance-setting with scenario analysis and investor considerations.
- Create investor day materials, decks, AGM packages, and equity story materials.
- Analyze shareholder registers to identify trends and dynamics.
- Assess activist risk and provide evidence-based mitigation recommendations.
- Recommend dividends and capital returns for shareholder value.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 4 years in an in-house IR role at a publicly traded company.
- Direct ownership of a public-company earnings cycle (releases, scripts, Q&A, investor
- Strong understanding of public markets, investor expectations, and corporate positioning.
- Ability to analyze financial/shareholder data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations.
- Excellent written skills for polished investor-facing materials.
- Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail with financial materials.
