Director, People Operations

📋 Description

• Lead HR operations for India region including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits
• Architect scalable programs, processes, and systems in collaboration with global People Operations
• Act as strategic advisor to leadership and employees, upholding culture and employee experience.
• Partner with department heads to translate business strategy into People Operations initiatives and
• Support headcount planning aligned to revenue goals and organizational restructuring when needed.
• Oversee talent attraction, development, and retention programs and measure engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in HR operations and business partnering, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
• Experience building/landing HR processes from scratch; mastery of regional compliance, payroll
• Strong HRIS experience; Workday preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Indian labor law and local hiring practices; ability to guide cross-regional
• Business-oriented mindset with data-driven decision-making and dashboardExperience.
• Excellent communication and collaborative, proactive teamwork in fast-paced environments.
