📋 Description
- Own and optimize People Team operational workflows across the employee lifecycle
- Design, build, and maintain automations, integrations, and workflows across HR tools to reduce
- Discover, implement, and oversee AI systems used by the People Team
- Serve as a subject matter expert for People Team tools, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Create and maintain clear process documentation and self-service resources
- Monitor data quality and operational controls for data integrity
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, People systems, or process improvement
- 1+ year experience with Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar tool
- Ability to design and implement automations and data flows with integrations
- Comfort administering HR technology and learning new tools quickly
- Strong analytical skills and attention to data quality
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication
