• Oversee operations of an assigned client site on the scheduled shift.
• Report to Titan Management.
• Lead a security team including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, and development.
• Ensure high-quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues and emergencies appropriately.
• Develop staff through performance management and recognition.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years security officer experience; 18+ years old.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must maintain a working phone number for contact.
