- Identify patterns, surface insights, help leaders course-correct.
- Reduce friction, increase clarity, amplify leadership impact as the org scales.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering leaders to translate goals into people actions.

- Experience partnering with senior leaders and coaching executives.
- Strong capability in organizational design and talent management.
- Data-driven decision making and People analytics.
- Cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication.
- Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments.
