📋 Description

• Shape internal storytelling and ensure key messages land at the right moment.
• Build and manage internal comms infrastructure: channels, cadences, best practices.
• Own company-wide moments end to end: all-hands, announcements, notifications.
• Partner with People as a strategic sounding board on sensitive comms.
• Translate complex topics into clear, effective messaging for stakeholders.
• Align internal and external narratives with Marketing/External Comms.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years building and running internal comms in high-growth setting.
• Strong writer and storyteller; translate topics into human messaging.
• Executive influence and partnership with C-team/Leadership.
• Experience partnering with People/HR on sensitive communications.
• Excellent judgment, prioritization, and stakeholder advisory skills.
• Culture-first mindset; creative, willing to take risks and calibrate when needed.
