📋 Description
- Oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple customer projects
- Build relationships with customer stakeholders; manage communications and expectations
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans; manage scope, schedule, resources, budget
- Identify risks and implement mitigations; manage scope changes and timelines
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resource allocation
- Maintain project docs: status reports, risk registers, lessons learned
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 6-9 years PM experience in SaaS, implementations or professional services
- Experience with incentive comp, sales performance software is a plus
- Understand SaaS solutions, data integration concepts, enterprise IT
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership
- Strong analytical and proactive risk management; PMP a plus
