📋 Description

• Own AV spaces and ensure performance for rooms and events
• Provide technical coverage for live and hybrid events
• Run through event prep: walkthroughs, rehearsals, and gear staging
• Manage AV support queue and issue escalation with clear context
• Coordinate AV scope for moves and new-space readiness
• Develop runbooks and knowledge base for repeatable processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in AV ops, workplace tech, or event support
• Own a standing estate of rooms and stakeholders over time
• Deep fluency across room systems, audio, video, and streaming
• Comfort being the sole AV person in a building and prioritize independently
• Ability to create checklists, intake processes, and documentation
• Strong communication with executives and non-technical stakeholders
