• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles within technology, consulting, digital
• Partnering closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and
• Building strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and market
• Delivering a high-quality, engaging candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment
• Writing compelling job adverts and creating targeted outreach campaigns to attract diverse talent.
• Using recruitment systems, hiring data, and market insights to track progress, improve hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency hiring, ideally within technology
• Confident managing multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Strong sourcing capability, with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates through a
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing ideas and supporting others.
