• Provide personal care services per nurse plan of care.

🎯 Requirements

• Active Home Health Aide role; prior home health care experience preferred but not required.
• Passion for caregiving and helping others.
• Ability to travel to clients homes as assigned.
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
• Reliable, with strong communication and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent; RNs may provide plan of care.
