- Be first contact for samples arriving at the laboratory
- Responsible for sample receipt and sample labelling
- Ensuring customer samples are received in full and without issues
- Label samples and liaise directly with customers to ensure they have everything they need for
🎯 Requirements
- Entry-level experience in the food industry
- Experience dealing with customers via different communication platforms
- High levels of attention to detail
- Ability to use computers
- Ability to multitask
