📋 Description
- Own admin, configuration, optimization, and performance of Adobe Workfront and related workflow
- Manage Workfront portfolios, groups, layouts, forms, queues, workflows, permissions, and
- Maintain stability, scalability, data integrity, security, and governance; identify optimization
- Partner with marketing and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Workfront solutions.
- Lead workflow discovery, gather requirements, and document current/future-state processes.
- Design and implement workflows, automations, and standardized operating practices.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IS, Management, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront administration in enterprise environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Workfront administration, reporting, dashboards, and governance.
- Experience designing/workflows, automation, and optimization programs.
- Experience building Workfront Fusion automations; familiarity with APIs and connected systems.
- Experience supporting enterprise marketing operations or process management.
