• Run 3–5 concurrent high-complexity searches with executive rigor.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years full-cycle recruiting; 5+ years GTM/sales recruiting in-house/agency.
• Proven success filling difficult-to-hire GTM roles with limited candidates.
• Experience with executive-search: mapping, outbound sourcing, pipeline, closing.
• Outbound-first sourcing approach and strategic stakeholder partnerships.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, outbound tools, ATS.
• Ability to close passively, build relationships, and manage multiple searches.
