📋 Description

• Lead strategy, governance, prioritization, and AI portfolio execution
• Develop an AI roadmap for use-cases, prioritization, and measurement
• Evaluate AI opportunities by value, impact, feasibility, and ROI
• Drive AI-enabled workflow redesign and process optimization
• Establish dashboards and governance for adoption and impact
• Partner across Ops, Product, Engineering, Data, Analytics, and AI teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in operations, transformation, strategy, or automation
• Proven leadership of strategic portfolios and large-scale programs
• Strong AI, data, analytics, automation knowledge
• Ability to influence executives and align cross-functions
• Experience with metrics, governance, and measurement practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
