Assistant Finance Manager (Controllership)

📋 Description

• Be the primary governance gatekeeper for financial data integrity and policy adherence.
• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close cycles for the corporate portfolio.
• Maintain general ledger health and lead journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with SSC, Treasury, Tax, FP&A, and regional finance teams to improve data alignment

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience with external audit background (Big 4 or Tier 1).
• Bachelor’s in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, MIA) advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, multi-entity structures, and complex corporate accounting.
• Advanced Oracle ERP proficiency; familiarity with treasury, reconciliation tools; exposure to data
• Analytical, proactive, collaborative mindset with accountability and adaptability.
