📋 Description
- Lead late-stage to commercial manufacturing ops strategy
- Partner with CMOs for quality, delivery, cost, compliance
- Manage tech transfers, validation, and continuous improvement
- Develop and coach manufacturing engineers
- Balance quality, supply, capacity, cost, and regulatory needs
- Travel ~30% domestically/internationally
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Biology/Chemistry or related field
- 10+ years in late-stage clinical through commercial cGMP manufacturing
- 3+ years people management
- Direct experience with sterile injectable filling/lyophilization
- Strong ops, transfer, validation, QA, and CMOs experience
- Experience with external manufacturing and packaging
