Position Overview:
We are seeking a Building Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This role is designed for a self-starter who excels in B2B lead generation, demand generation, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outreach, scheduling meetings, and preparing stakeholders before calls, with the long-term goal of leading sales conversations.
We are looking for someone who can think critically, work independently, and grow into a full-cycle sales role over time. The right candidate will have experience selling professional services to sophisticated executives, strong communication skills, and the ability to grasp complex business models.
Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and engage potential clients through different channels (email, LinkedIn, and cold calls).
- Develop personalized outreach strategies based on buyer personas.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.

Appointment Setting & Pre-Call Preparation
- Book meetings with senior executives and ensure the internal team is well-prepared.
- Provide insights and key information before calls.
- Organize follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.

Sales Support & Growth
- Join client meetings and take notes to drive next steps.
- Over time, develop the ability to lead (and close) sales conversations.
- Ensure a structured and repeatable sales process.

CRM & Data Management
- Track and update sales interactions in the CRM.
- Analyze performance and optimize outreach strategies.
- Ensure high responsiveness and follow-up discipline.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or demand generation.
- Fluent English (C1 or better) – strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience selling professional services to senior executives.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the sales process.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach automation.
- Resilience and adaptability – ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with the ability to think independently and leverage AI tools as a complement, not a crutch
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in executive search, consulting, or B2B services.
- Experience in high-touch sales processes where relationship-building is key.
- Comfortable working with senior-level stakeholders in private equity or finance.
