Regional Transportation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead APAC transportation from the ground up.
• Build regional team, roles, hiring plans, growth.
• Oversee air and road IT hardware shipments (GPUs, racks, servers).
• Manage Taiwan-origin shipments to APAC destinations (India, Japan, etc.).
• Coordinate freight schedules, carriers, and inbound to data centers.
• Ensure security, visibility, and contingency plans for shipments.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in transportation/logistics with 3+ in leadership.
• Experience building/scaling logistics functions in high-growth env.
• Deep APAC air/road freight knowledge (Taiwan, India, Japan, Malaysia).
• Hands-on with high-value IT hardware shipments.
• Strong customs, import/export, duties, and compliance knowledge.
• Experience with carriers/3PLs across APAC; RMA/RMS a plus.
