Talent Coordinator and Sourcer

📋 Description

• Coordinate interviews and logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones
• Own candidate experience with timely, clear, professional communication
• Use recruitment tools and data to guide candidates through hiring stages
• Support job creation, offers, onboarding, and recruitment activities
• Develop scalable recruiting processes and workflows
• Build relationships with recruiters, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition, especially coordinating and sourcing in global orgs
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience preferred
• Familiar with ATS, HRIS, interview tools, LinkedIn sourcing
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple processes
• Fluent English and Russian; able to work within European time zones (GMT to GMT+4)
