🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in legal contracts, due diligence, redlining, or related field.
• Native or professional fluency in English with strong written skills.
• Strong contract review, diligence, and legal document analysis.
• Attention to detail; identify subtle drafting issues.
• Provide concise, structured, constructive feedback.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Slides).
