📋 Description

• Lead and embed Airwallex’s FCC program in Japan, building on global framework
• Manage targets for FCC team and day-to-day AML regulatory interactions
• Represent Airwallex with regulators, financial partners, and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain AML program; oversee EDD, name screening alerts and SARs as needed
• Collaborate with Commercial/Operations and Financial Partnerships teams on compliance matters
• Design monitoring and reporting to inform senior management and governance bodies
