FSP Vendor Management Specialist

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day oversight and management of third-party vendors in the clinical study lifecycle.
• Develop study-specific vendor management plans and related docs with study teams and stakeholders.
• Set vendor timelines, deliverables, and contractual commitments at study level.
• Communicate with internal study teams on vendor performance, progress, risks, and mitigations.
• Monitor vendor performance via KPIs, governance meetings, and issue-management processes.
• Facilitate vendor meetings, minutes, actions, and follow-ups.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in Clinical Operations, Study Management, Vendor Management, or related.
• Experience supporting/managing clinical studies with quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Proven experience managing third-party vendors and oversight activities.
• Experience developing vendor management or oversight plans.
• Strong project, stakeholder, risk assessment, and cross-functional skills.
• Knowledge of clinical study management across Phases I-III.
