Client Success Associate

📋 Description

• Remote role in the United States focusing on client success, logistics, and ITAD.
• Support devices through collection, processing, data destruction, resale, and recycled lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Client Success and operations teams to keep programs running smoothly.
• Maintain chain-of-custody visibility and complete documentation.
• Resolve issues and provide timely updates to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in customer service or client success.
• At least 2 years in ITAD, electronics recycling, or logistics.
• Strong Excel skills and data organization ability.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and detail orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities remotely.
• Familiarity with data-security or environmental compliance is valuable.
