CRM Data Migration Developer

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and maintain Dynamics 365 CE CRM solutions.
• Collaborate with leads, PMs, and stakeholders to deliver enterprise CRM solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with contact center apps, portals, ERP systems, and payment gateways.
• Configure Customer Service capabilities (Omnichannel, Unified Routing, Workstreams).
• Develop custom Dynamics 365 CE solutions using .NET, plugins, React, Power Automate, Power BI.
• Build and operate CI/CD pipelines following ALM and enterprise standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in tech/engineering.
• 5+ years in MS Dynamics 365 CE CRM development/configuration.
• 3+ years configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Service (Omnichannel, Unified Routing, PCF).
• 7+ years .NET development, including Dynamics 365 CE plugins.
• 3+ years React, 3+ years Power Automate, 2+ years Power BI.
• Deep Dynamics 365 CE capabilities knowledge; strong analytical and communication skills.
