HRSD Functional Product Owner

📋 Description

• Own the functional HRSD demand pipeline for ServiceNow HRSD.
• Translate business needs into high-value HRSD solutions and backlogs.
• Define epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with HRSD ops, CoEs, and tech leadership on priorities.
• Align business goals with platform capabilities throughout delivery.
• Improve self-service adoption and Tier 1 effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IS, or related field.
• 7+ years with ServiceNow HRSD as PO, BA, or Functional HRSD Architect.
• Strong experience with HRSD features: case mgmt, knowledge mgmt, Employee Service Center.
• Ability to translate complex needs into structured requirements and backlogs.
• Experience prioritizing work by business value in backlog-driven delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, tech, operations, business teams.
