📋 Description
- Provide support to project activities for the client and company
- Create and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities, optimize procedures and trainings
- Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead
- Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support
- Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
- ICSR processing and second QC of cases
🎯 Requirements
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing or related qualification in pharmacovigilance
- 3-4 years in pharmacovigilance; at least 1 year in line manager role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking
- Delegation, planning and time management
- Technical skills; team working; fluent English
