Field Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical capture efforts for European opportunities, ensuring solutions are technically sound
• Serve as primary technical lead for GTM engagements in Europe, interfacing with cross-functional
• Manage multiple priorities: customer engagements, pre-sales technical support, proposals, and
• Develop and execute technical strategies to maximize win probability with high-quality proposals.
• Provide technical SME support in customer engagements, capability briefings, and solution
• Contribute to technical documentation and sales collateral for internal and external use.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical presales, business development, or solutions engineering (defense/aerospace
• Bachelor’s in engineering or related field.
• Experience with U.S. Federal or International government requirements.
• Strong technical acumen in Aircraft, UAS, multispectral sensor systems, AI, autonomy, defense tech
• Analytical, problem-solving, and strong technical writing abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
