Sr. Insider & Data Risk Analyst

📋 Description

• Own insider risk investigations from triage through closure, including timelines, containment
• Mature Insider Risk Management with scalable case-management processes and risk-tiering.
• Operate and tune Data Loss Prevention across SaaS, endpoints, and environments; improve detection
• Investigate potential data exfiltration, misuse, policy violations, and inappropriate access
• Strengthen data classification and governance; align DLP with information sensitivity and business
• Assess risks from unauthorized AI and agentic tooling; manage approved vs. unsanctioned AI use.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in insider risk, DLP, digital forensics, security investigations, or related field.
• Hands-on investigations leadership and case management experience.
• Practical experience tuning DLP across SaaS and endpoints; awareness of false positives.
• Experience with workflow automation, AI, or SOAR for triage and orchestration.
• Strong understanding of data classification, governance, and information security.
• Working knowledge of SIEM/log analysis (Elastic/ELK, Splunk) for evidence-based conclusions.
