HR Senior Total Rewards Analyst

📋 Description

• Conduct compensation benchmarking, market pricing, and salary structure analyses to support
• Support annual compensation review cycles, salary administration, compensation recommendations, and
• Contribute to job architecture, job evaluation, job leveling, and career framework initiatives
• Analyze workforce trends, organizational effectiveness metrics, and workforce data to identify
• Develop executive dashboards, workforce reports, and compensation analytics that support informed
• Support equity and long-term incentive program administration and contribute to executive

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Analytics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, workforce analytics, organizational design
• Advanced Excel and strong quantitative and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret
• Hands-on experience with compensation benchmarking, salary structures, market pricing, and annual
• Experience working with compensation survey providers and interpreting external market data.
• Knowledge of job evaluation, job architecture, job leveling, and career framework methodologies.
