📋 Description
- Provide support to project team activities for the client and company
- Create and maintain project KPIs for contracted ICSR activities
- Propose process changes to ICSR Operational Lead
- Manage ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support
- Review trackers and timesheet data for accuracy
- ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases
🎯 Requirements
- Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing or related field
- 3-4 years in pharmacovigilance, at least 1 year in line manager role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organization, attention to detail, multitasking
- Delegation skills
- English fluent (spoken, written)
