📋 Description

• Own global HRIS roadmap and governance as system of record for People data
• Ensure data integrity to enable AI-driven automation and People analytics
• Oversee end-to-end payroll across 20–30 countries and ~50 entities
• Scale Payroll Shared Services with defined processes and controls
• Own annual performance and salary review cycle design and calibration
• Lead a small team (2–3) with growth plan for Shared Services

🎯 Requirements

• About 5-10 years across HRIS, Global Payroll, and Compensation & Benefits
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS
• Experience managing multi-country HR processes in complex environments
• Experience designing/global compensation and job architecture
• Experience building or scaling Shared Services is a plus
• Strong analytical and data skills; comfortable with HR data modelling and Snowflake/BI tools
