Compliance Reviewer

📋 Description

• Conduct compliance reviews across crops, policy types, and assignments.
• Consult with external parties to gather documentation and clarify information.
• Collaborate with team regarding questions, complex cases, and escalation.
• Apply independent judgment for complex reviews and escalate when needed.
• Follow workflows and meet deadlines while managing workloads.
• Coordinate with teams on COI, GSI, high-dollar reviews, and other requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Two+ years in crop insurance or agriculture preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication, especially with confidential info.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
