Global Director of Total Rewards and People Systems (HRIS)

📋 Description

• Lead global HRIS roadmap and governance (SAP SuccessFactors) and data integrity.
• Oversee end-to-end payroll across 20–30 countries and ~50 entities.
• Scale Payroll Shared Services; define processes and controls.
• Own annual performance and salary review cycle design and tooling.
• Partner with HR and Finance on workforce cost and compensation topics.
• Drive data reporting and analytics for executives using AI and automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years in HRIS, Global Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits.
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS.
• Experience managing multi-country HR processes in complex environments.
• Experience designing global compensation cycles and job architecture.
• Strong data/modelling skills; proficient with Snowflake/BI tools; AI/automation experience.
