📋 Description

• 12-month temporary assignment
• Remote work in the United States; 30–40 hours/week
• Manage searches from intake to offer across CannonDesign

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years recruiting experience
• Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Interior Design preferred
• Hands-on with an ATS; Greenhouse experience preferred
• Strong sourcing and passive talent engagement
• Solid interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and build credibility
