📋 Description

• Lead a team of air travel sales/destination experts with white-glove service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee consultative air sales and complex itineraries.
• Ensure booking integrity: tickets, invoices, seats, and requests.
• Monitor schedule changes and resolve disruptions calmly and quickly.
• Collaborate with destination experts to create seamless travel experiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of team leadership in air travel (luxury preferred).
• GDS tools experience (Sabre/Amadeus/ADX).
• Ability to coach and develop a sales team.
• Deep travel passion and destination knowledge.
• Strong communication with emotional intelligence.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
