📋 Description

• Lead design and development of high‑performance mechanisms for next‑gen autonomous aircraft
• Own mechanical deliverables from concept through production and field support
• Balance hands‑on work with team leadership on the Launch and Recovery Vehicle team
• Drive innovation and solve complex mechanical challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 10+ years in mechanical design for aerospace or rugged hardware
• 3+ years of leadership/manager experience
• NX CAD, GD&T, and detailed 3D models/drawings
• Familiarity with FMEA, ASME/ISO/ASTM standards, and FEA tools
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration
