📋 Description

• Lead and scale security ops for classified programs in a fast-paced defense environment.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and program teams to protect information and controlled tech.
• Operate daily collateral security ops and maintain document control.
• Oversee classified facility operations and Restricted Areas access.
• Coordinate badge issuance and onboarding for new hires; deliver security training.
• Manage foreign visits processing and compliance with NISPOM.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Completion of FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities (Safeguarding Certification)
• 2-4+ years in industrial security or cleared environments
• Working knowledge of NISPOM (32 CFR Part 117)
• Experience with DISS, NISS, or equivalent systems
