Supervisor, Hospitality Operations

📋 Description

• Field-based role ensuring homes are FCS (functional, clean, stocked) and guest-ready
• Directly manage a team of housekeepers across your assigned zone
• Coordinate with Hospitality Coordinators and other ops managers to align on zone objectives
• Visit homes regularly to maintain property-level expertise and anticipate issues
• Act as primary ops contact for homeowners, ensuring responsiveness
• Collaborate with Guest Experience and Maintenance teams to resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in hospitality, property management, or related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in fast-paced fieldwork
• Problem-solving with a sense of urgency
• Tech-savvy with mobile/desktop task tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
