🎯 Requirements

• Experience with aviation maintenance and operations, coordinating work across departments.
• Excellent communications; strong teamwork and high standards.
• Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and respectful behavior.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Certification (preferred).
• UAS experience; ability to support international shipments for demos (COCOs).
