X-BAT Capture Lead - Nordics

📋 Description

• Lead strategic capture efforts for X-BAT in Europe
• Own regional sales pipeline from engagement to contract
• Engage defense stakeholders: MoD, primes, NATO bodies
• Shape requirements and CONOPS for Shield AI offerings
• Coordinate with engineering, product, legal, and programs teams
• Represent complex products to strategic/operational audiences

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in a relevant air force occupation
• 8–10+ years in defense acquisition, BD, sales, or strategy
• Proven track record capturing defense programs in Europe
• Understanding of CCAs, MUM-T, AI-enabled CONOPS
• Familiar with FCAS/SCAF, Tempest/GCAP, Eurodrone programs
• Willing to travel across Europe (around 30%)
