Senior Bid Manager

📋 Description

• Lead international and U.S. govt/commercial bids and BD deliverables.
• Support EURAF GTM with proposals, ROMs, RFIs, and white papers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions and product lines.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6+ years in international government proposal or BD ops.
• Experience with U.S./intl government requirements allowed as alternative.
• Bachelor's in business, comms, marketing, eng, or equivalent.
• Strong writing and communication; ability to lead teams.
• Experience with Shipley or similar methodologies; PM tools.
