📋 Description
- Develop, document, and maintain policies, procedures, and process narratives for government
- Align with DFARS business system requirements (Accounting, Purchasing, Estimating, MMAS)
- Evaluate internal processes and controls for FAR/DFARS compliance
- Support DCAA/DCMA audits and business system reviews with documentation and corrective actions
- Conduct internal compliance assessments and track remediation efforts
- Collaborate with Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Program Management to ensure consistency
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years in government contracting compliance, business systems, or internal controls
- Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and DFARS business system rules
- Experience supporting DCAA/DCMA audits or CPSR
- Proven ability to document policies, procedures, and process flows
- Understanding of internal control frameworks (COSO) and strong analytical skills
