📋 Description

• Build and lead the company’s SOX compliance program in a public-company environment.
• Partner with Finance, Internal Audit, IT, Engineering, HR, Legal, and leaders to ensure strong
• Grow from individual contributor to building a SOX team as the program scales.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification.
• 15+ years in SOX compliance, internal/external audit, or internal controls.
• Experience leading SOX for public companies or readiness for public company status.
• Strong knowledge of SOX 404, COSO, and SEC reporting; ITGCs and control frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage external auditors.
