📋 Description
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for hardest technical searches across Engineering, AI, Infra
- Build and run an AI-forward sourcing stack using tools and automation at the top of the funnel
- Design AI-assisted outreach that is highly personalized and credible
- Map deep talent pools and surface undiscovered candidates beyond obvious sources
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and criteria
- Track conversion, test messaging, and pivot when needed
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years of technical/engineering sourcing experience
- Fluent with AI tooling for recruiting and automation
- Built sourcing programs or AI/automation workflows from scratch
- Technically literate with ability to interpret engineering profiles
- Organized, precise, and data-driven with strong calibration skills
- Creative, proactive, and able to engage candidates with a human touch
