Talent Sourcer - Global GTM (Sales)

📋 Description

• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines of global sales talent (AEs, AMs, SDRs and leadership)
• Execute targeted sourcing strategies across competitor mapping, outbound engagement, and talent
• Partner with TA Partners to ensure pipeline coverage aligns to hiring demand across regions
• Drive top-of-funnel activity through structured sourcing sprints and outbound campaigns
• Apply strong qualification discipline to ensure candidates meet the bar for role, market, and
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and pipeline hygiene across LinkedIn and ATS

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience sourcing in Sales / GTM roles
• Track record building pipelines across multiple regions (NA, EMEA, APJ)
• Strong understanding of where and how to find high-performing sales talent
• Highly proactive, execution-focused, and comfortable operating at pace
• Able to operate with ownership in a global, high-demand hiring environment
