📋 Description

• Shaping and executing a portfolio of programs in Shield AI’s Hivemind business
• Direct internal investment projects to align with Product Roadmaps and achieve growth
• Manage active contracts and ensure on-time, on-target deliveries
• Lead a team of Technical Program Managers to execute funded product development and customer
• Define resources to transition new products to market and execute roadmaps
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership across new domains

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering new development products to an operational environment
• Experience sustaining software-centric products
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to lead by influence
• Proven experience driving complex program execution and long-term objectives
• Experience with Earned Value and PMRs (PM Reviews)
• Experience in technical program management and multi-project delivery
