🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, Operations Research, or related field
• 7+ years in aerospace configuration management, program mgmt, or fleet ops
• Formal configuration management experience: baselines, ECPs, TDP, change control boards
• Cross-functional rollout planning across internal orgs
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent communication with Engineering, Operations, and customers
