📋 Description

• Oversee tool control for ground/flight test activities
• Manage tool/asset records, calibration, and spares
• Lead FOD prevention and logistics readiness for test ops
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for test readiness
• Maintain spares plans and issue/return processes
• Support remote deployments and field reconstitution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in aviation/aerospace/logistics or flight test
• Experience with tools, calibrated equipment, spares
• FOD prevention, material traceability, maintenance support
• Proficiency with ERP/CMMS/QMS and asset-management tools
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Safety, Supply Chain
• Strong documentation and corrective-action skills
